Threating me if I went to my CC company to request a reverse CC charge due lengthy delay on concert

I purchased tkts for a Christmas concert & the date was changed from Dec 11 to June of 2024 . . They advised me no refunds or exchanges. When I said I would go through my CC company they threatened me. They said if I did that, I would be black listed from making purchases from Amazon and various other retailers.

Service for tickets got tickets 15 minutes before play with no knowledge when the tickets were for

I have left Several emails asking for help to get my refund and noooooo response!!!! They are not easy to get ahold of and continue to give you the run around. My kids got this as a gift for me and Im so upset they spent there hard working money on you company scam!

Never Delivered Tickets

On July 3, 2021, I purchased tickets to a minor league baseball game near where I live. I received three emails telling me tickets would be delivered soon. One of them mentioned to check my spam folder just in case (which I did). I never received another email with the tickets. When I asked for a refund, they basically called me a liar and said absolutely not. I had to buy new tickets at the park. Secure Box Office is a joke.

I am not sure why it is marked as resolved. There is a refusal of the company to issue a refund, the shows was technically re-scheduled now for 2 years in a row, and all parties involved in the event - artist, venue and organizers offer full refund upon request. Secure...

We purchased 4 tickets for a SANTANA concert scheduled for JULY/2020, and it was canceled TWICE due to the global COVID pandemic. All companies that were involved in the concert (Santana, Venue and Ticketmaster) modified their refund policy and allow for a FULL refund if requested within a time window following the cancel and re-scheduling of a concert.

Secureboxoffice ignores it all and refuses to refund.

I was unable to reach them by phone unable for the last 3-4 days so I sent them email without a reply. phone.gnores it all

ATTN: NEVER USE SECURE BOX OFFICE FOR ANY TICKET PURCHASES!!! BEWARE!!! This is a formal compliant, for SECURE BOX OFFICE! The email regarding the cancellation of the performance Stomp. I was promised a full refund if the show was canceled. I called 4x and was told verbally told I would receive a full refund, as well as your recording and website state the same. I will not accept a credit and will report this to the BBB, News station as well as DPAC center as to what this 3rd party is doing to the customers . I will move forward to every site on the world web, including contacting legal assistance to obtain what is right for myself and all the other customers you are doing this too. This is not about money but principals.... They are now claiming they just change their refund policy, however their recording and website state a full refund of the event is canceled!!! Thank you, I have filled a disputed with my credit card co and also received an letter from DPAC that they will not tolerate any fraud from any 3rd party vendor at causes discredit to any customer that attends the DPAC venue.

File dispute with your credit card company it worked for us. We also sent a complaint to the states consumer affairs department.

CANCELLATION of concert non refund of money...issued a coupon (just an email) and says it has an expiration date (it doesn't) and will lose all money if not used. Who knows when concerts of any kind will begin or someone I want to see. They said to return the tickets within 10 days for refund, you can't return non-physical emailed tickets!! Policy says refund, but then at their discretion! Did anyone get money back!! We need to ban together and take this company down!! They changed their policy but it not the one I agreed to join purchase!!

Concert has been postponed for many months. They refuse to refund. I also had a ticket via Ticketmaster for the exact same Go-Gos concert (even the same row) and they did eventually offer a refund. But not this *** company. Even when this pandemic is over, I dont think Ill trust any of these companies. If I ever buy another concert ticket, it will for a same day event. They cant be trusted for events even days out. They are allowed to steal your money.

I purchased tickets for a baseball game that was scheduled for April. The game didn't happen due to Covid-19, so I reached out via phone and email to try to get a refund. It took them 2 months to get in contact with me via, just to tell me that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund until the team officially cancelled the game. Today, I received an email saying the game was officially cancelled and I would be issued a store credit. Naturally I was disappointed, and called to talk to someone on the phone. The customer service representative was incredibly rude over the phone, mansplained Covid-19 to me, and then told me a store credit was my only option. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT RECOMMEND ever using this company.

I ordered tickets for Peppa Pig Live in Madison Wisconsin in December 2019. Concert date Sunday April 5, 2020. I never received the tickets and the concert was indefinitely postponed. I have tried to reach Secure Box Office many times only to get in a phone loop or chat loop that never ends. I have also e-mailed them to no avail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
